Your tasks will include but are not limited to:Greet Guests warmly, engage with them, offer guidance or suggestions (e.g. smoothie flavors or nutrition options)Blend smoothies & prepare other fan favorites following recipe standards to ensure quality and consistencyOperate POS/register, ring up sales, handle cash/credit transactions accuratelyPrep ingredients: fruits, veggies, powders, liquids, frozen components — ensuring freshness and proper rotationRestock supplies, portion sizes, maintain adequate inventory of frequently used itemsMaintain cleanliness: wash dishes, sanitize equipment and surfaces, mop floors, clean restrooms and/or dining areasPerform opening and/or closing duties: setting up stations, shutting down equipment, counting cash, securing storeFollow the store's daily checklist / cleaning schedule / food safety & sanitation policiesAssist teammates during busy times, help where needed (teamwork)Be punctual, dressed in uniform, ready for work with a great attitudeQualificationsWhat you must have:At least 16 years old (adjust if local laws or store rules): must be able to work legally in the U.S.Reliable transportation to get to work (as shifts may vary)Willingness to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items (stock, ingredients), and work in a fast-paced environmentWhat's a plus (but not required):Previous experience in food service, cafes, smoothie bars, or quick service restaurantsPrior cash handling or POS/register experienceBasic math skills, ability to follow recipes and portioning guidelines preciselySoft skills: patience under pressure, positive attitude, good communication, ability to multi-taskWhat We OfferTo attract and retain great people, you should consider highlighting perks and benefits.
