Associate Optometrist – Full-Time Or Part-Time

Private Practice | California
We are an established, patient-centered private optometry practice in California seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to practice full-scope optometry in a supportive, non-corporate environment with a strong emphasis on quality care and work–life balance.

• Competitive annual salary of $120,000–$150,000 , commensurate with experience
• Stable, full-time employment (W-2 position)

• Well-trained staff and efficient patient flow
• Modern diagnostic equipment and EHR

• Provide comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage ocular disease, including glaucoma, dry eye, and diabetic eye disease
• Prescribe glasses and contact lenses
• Co-manage refractive and cataract surgery patients when appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate medical records in compliance with California regulations
• Deliver exceptional patient education and customer service

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active California optometry license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-first approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
