Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team and help bring our fragrance brands to life. This is a hands-on generalist role for someone who loves variety, moves quickly, and wants to see their work go from idea to execution.

You’ll work across a mix of brand marketing, product launches, content, social media, retail support, email, events, and marketing operations. You don’t need to be an expert in everything. We’re looking for someone who has a solid marketing foundation, is curious, organized, and excited to learn the fragrance and beauty business.

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social, email, and other channels
• Help manage product launches from initial planning through launch and post-launch reporting
• Coordinate marketing calendars, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional projects
• Partner with creative teams on campaign assets, photography, video, social content, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Support social media planning and execution, including content calendars, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns, including planning, copy, creative coordination, deployment, and reporting
• Help develop marketing materials and sales support tools for retail and wholesale partners
• Support product-specific marketing initiatives and promotional opportunities
• Assist with influencer, creator, PR, and partnership initiatives
• Conduct competitive research and stay current on fragrance, beauty, retail, and consumer trends
• Pull and analyze basic marketing performance data and turn it into actionable insights
• Help maintain marketing systems, calendars, files, product information, and campaign documentation
• Coordinate samples, product shipments, campaign materials, and other marketing needs
• Support trade shows, events, photoshoots, launches, and other brand activations as needed
• Work closely with Sales, Ecommerce, Creative, Operations, and Product teams to keep marketing initiatives moving
• Jump into whatever the team needs to help get the work across the finish line

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, consumer products, beauty, fragrance, retail, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of fundamental marketing principles
• Experience working across multiple marketing channels rather than exclusively within one specialty
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Comfortable working with data and marketing performance metrics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar marketing tools is a plus
• Experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, CPG, or another consumer-focused industry is a plus
• A willingness to get into the details and figure things out independently
