You will receive a best in class, total compensation package that provides a comprehensive benefits program with real financial value.About the Role:As the Site Maintenance Manager, you will be in charge of maximizing the availability of equipment, managing maintenance activity and teams in order to improve equipment availability while promoting safety attitude. You will also implement a maintenance strategy including ERIM deployment. Optimize maintenance costs (human resources and spare parts) along with implementing and managing maintenance team training. You will also contribute to new project competitiveness by proposing machines improvements.Manage peopleEnsure that safety rules for maintenance activities are defined, consistent and applied (such as lock out tag out procedure)Manage maintenance supervisorsManage age pyramid in order to be able to organize on time the competence transfer towards successorsManage training plan for his team, including technical skills, using magic square.Ensures that his team is trained to QRQC : Line QRQC, Maintenance 5 WHYs, PDCA/FTA.Builds training program to educate Direct Labor to maintenance basics.Performs Total Productive Maintenance OJTsManage standardsParticipate actively to TPM deployment with production teamsManage a global equipment reliability action planOptimize maintenance costs during corrective and preventive maintenance activitiesImplement Maintenance QRQC red box & Maintenance department visual key indicatorsManage of co-manage with the APU Manager the Maintenance QRQCDetect refurbishing/renewal needs and builds and follows potential necessary action planLead the delegation of preventive maintenance level 1 & 2 towards production teams; Ensuresthat Direct Labour is properly trained and that OJT is in placeEnsure Preventive Maintenance is organized and done according to need, with planification and communication to production teams (MPS).Participate actively in the Mother Daughter link concerning the maintenance field.Manage continuous improvementLead kaizen actions to improve in maintenance field, such as : accessibility to organsManage a productivity action plan (spare parts, energy)Manage VPS workshops (TPM, 5S) and participate to stop scrap activityPropose to plant manager and manage maintenance budgetPropose and drive maintenance strategyImplement communication flow with equipment development teams to get taken into accountmaintenance lessons learns (kaizen card) = Back to design flowContribute to successful new projectsMake sure that maintenance is contributing to new equipment launches and participate to Lean Process DesignEnsure that rules concerning equipment manufacturer assistance onsite/at distance are involved in specifications and contract negotiated by the Purchase department.Participate to maintenance contract negotiation with purchasing departmentParticipate to the definition of standard parts to be requested in Site General Specifications for New equipmentsUse experience & methodology (Equipments Reliability Improvement Management, TPM,...) to propose improvements on new machines & associated equipment.What You Should Have:A completed Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field5-7 + years of experience in a similar industrial facility maintenance positionA combination of education and experience may also be consideredGood working knowledge of general maintenance and facilities maintenanceExperience with project management, time and materials management and success measurementJoin us!
