Job Details: Job Location: Berlin, NJ 08009; Position Type: Per Diem; Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.50 Hourly; Job Shift: to be determined. Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Per-Diem Residential Shift What You’ll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands‑on support while helping individuals live active, meaningful lives. Provide daily support and supervision to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities Assist with personal care and promote independence in daily living skills Transport individuals to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities Plan and participate in engaging activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, games, and outings Support community involvement through volunteering, shopping trips, and social events Maintain accurate daily documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment What a Typical Day Looks Like Exploring parks, beaches, or local attractions Hosting a backyard BBQ or game night Volunteering in the community Going on shopping trips or movie outings Enjoying creative activities like arts, crafts, or cooking What We Offer Competitive pay 401(k) Retirement Plan Life Insurance Paid training and ongoing professional development Double‑time pay on holidays What We’re Looking For Compassionate, reliable, and team‑oriented individuals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to be flexible, patient, and creative Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred/required if applicable) Experience in human services is a plus—but not required (we will train the right candidate) Why P.I.L.O.T.
