Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Medical-Surgical unit.
• Assist with ambulation, wound care, and patient monitoring.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses, PCTs, and support staff.
• Follow unit policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
• Maintain EMR documentation using Meditech.
