The position of Safety & Loss Control Director will open to applicants beginning on June 5 and will remain open until June 19, 2026.

The Safety & Loss Control Director serves as TCEC's primary safety subject matter expert and leads TCEC's safety and compliance program by managing regulatory reporting, hazardous waste records, and safety accreditation. This position continuously improves TCEC's safety culture, Loss Prevention Strategies through appropriate risk management practices design and deliverance of safety training, inspections, and compliance monitoring. In addition, collects accident data, recommends corrective actions, and maintains accurate records to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
