Roving Maintenance Technician — Fast Fixes & Safety

Valiant Residential

Valiant Residential is looking for a Roving Assistant Maintenance in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will assist the maintenance supervisor in maintaining the integrity of properties while ensuring timely completion of service requests. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, safety compliance, and managing emergency schedules. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in apartment maintenance, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. A technical certification and EPA certification are preferred. This position offers opportunities to work across locations, tackling various maintenance tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr Valiant Residential
