What You'll Do:

Greet each resident warmly and administer medications with precision and presence Notice subtle changes and communicate them clearly to the care team Offer calm and reassurance especially in moments of stress or confusion Keep your med cart pristine and your documentation flawless Support your team like family because no one does this alone
