Live in a part of South Dakota that has some of the finest outdoor recreational activities available!What You'll DoDiagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered agricultural equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and inspectionsTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issuesComplete repairs accurately and efficientlyWork with customers and service team members to identify equipment needsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentStay current on equipment technology, diagnostics, and repair proceduresOccasionally assist with field service and emergency repairs during harvest seasonsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Ag Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, or similarStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsExperience working on agricultural equipment is highly preferredAbility to diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drivetrainsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workAbility to work independently while being part of a teamA strong work ethic and willingness to learn *willing to train the right individual and will provide further education
