This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable automation solutions that enhance and streamline accounting-related business processes. You will play a key role in leveraging modern technologies to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.This is a hands-on technical position requiring strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development, along with experience building and integrating modern, cloud-based applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy fullstack automation solutions using modern frameworks and technologiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Developers, Business Analysts, Process Owners, and Architects to deliver high-impact solutionsAnalyze and deconstruct complex business processes to identify automation opportunitiesBuild scalable applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), SQL, and microservices architectureDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party servicesApply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage development cycles and deliver incremental valueMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed solutions to ensure performance and reliabilityServe as a trusted advisor by providing practical insights and recommendations on automation strategiesManage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic solutionsRequired QualificationsStrong fullstack development experience across front-end and back-end technologiesProficiency in React, Next.js, Python (Django and/or FastAPI), and SQLExperience with API development/integration and microservices architectureHands-on experience deploying applications in Azure cloud environmentsSolid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Scrum frameworksExperience with logging, monitoring, and testing frameworks (e.g., Application Insights, Serilog, unit testing tools)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related fieldExperience with AI/ML technologies, including GenAI, NLP, OCR, or Agentic AIBackground in accounting technology or financial systemsExperience working with SDKs and integrating new technologies based on documentation
