Procurement Engineering Lead

Role Overview:

This role involves leading supplier transition programs, managing detailed transition plans, and ensuring continuity of supply.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead supplier transition programs from Supplier A to Supplier B
Develop and manage detailed transition plans covering timelines, cutover, inventory, and run-out strategy
Coordinate ERP updates and work with old and new suppliers to ensure transactional readiness
Ensure continuity of supply through effective PO coverage and delivery schedule management

Required Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
Strong experience in supplier transition and qualification programs
Hands-on program management experience including schedules, milestones, and risk logs

Qualifications:

Strong stakeholder communication and escalation management skills
Experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional teams
