Join a business analytics function that works closely with senior decision-makers and helps transform financial, operational, and enterprise data into actionable business insight. The team already has strong reporting capability and is looking for someone who can combine analytical thinking with business analysis skills to investigate what the data is saying, identify meaningful trends and outliers, and translate findings into recommendations leadership can act on.

This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable moving between hands-on analytics, business problem solving, stakeholder conversations, and the development of practical solutions.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Analyze financial, accounting, operational, and other enterprise datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical approaches.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting used to support business decisions.
• Use Python, SQL, and analytical tools to investigate and manipulate complex datasets.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and lineage analysis.
• Investigate outliers and unexpected performance indicators to understand underlying business drivers.
• Translate findings into recommendations, proposals, and potential solutions.
• Develop proofs of concept to demonstrate the value or feasibility of analytical ideas.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Operate independently across multiple analytical priorities with limited day-to-day direction.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Business Analysis and Data Analytics?

• Experience in business analysis, data analytics, data science, statistics, programming, or a related discipline.
• Strong ability to connect analytical findings to business problems and recommendations.
• Hands-on Python experience for data analysis and automation.
• Strong Power BI experience.
• Strong SQL skills, including investigating unfamiliar data structures.
• Hands-on Alteryx experience.
• Experience working with financial, accounting, operational, or similar enterprise business data.
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, validation, and lineage.
• Ability to independently interpret incomplete or poorly documented data.
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
• Consulting or consulting-style project experience is strongly preferred.
• Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Palantir Foundry, machine learning, or similar advanced analytics experience is advantageous.
• Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.
