Company Description Westgate Historic Williamsburg Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia, provides spacious, period‑specific accommodations just half a mile from Colonial Williamsburg, near Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA. The resort is part of Westgate Resorts, a global resort company with over 60 locations. Compensation: $17.00 per hour starting pay, with daily pay available. Job Description What You'll Do as a Housekeeper As a Housekeeper at Westgate Resorts, you will clean rooms and perform inspections in commercial establishments such as hotels, timeshares, and restaurants, demonstrating Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members. Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in cleaning all assigned rooms. Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, credits assigned based on the size and type of service required. Deliver to guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort’s guidelines. Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks. Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures for safety and efficiency. Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction. Foster a collaborative team environment and assist with other duties as necessary. Other duties may be assigned, contributing to overall success and excellence of housekeeping operations. Qualifications What You'll Bring: High school diploma or GED. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Follow instructions without close supervision. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
