Reservations Agent

Make an impact in the role of American Airlines Reservation Agent (Remote) to assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, maintain accurate records and documentation, and follow safety procedures and company policies. Other duties include support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, assist with processing returns and exchanges, provide excellent service to customers and team members, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, along with work collaboratively across teams and departments, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
