Restaurant Shift Manager

Job Responsibilities Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Help build and lead a high‑performing team of hourly Team Members. May assist with operational support functions (i.e., Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.). Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations. Job Qualifications At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team. Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction. Strong problem‑solving skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
