Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technician duties in the operating room, supporting surgical procedures across assigned specialties
• Assist surgical teams with orthopedic and spine cases , ensuring proper instrumentation and sterile field maintenance
• Prepare and organize the OR before, during, and after procedures in accordance with facility protocols
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond efficiently during procedures
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and sterile technique standards

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum 2–3+ years of surgical technologist experience
• Strong experience in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures
• Must maintain a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel assignment experience in a surgical or OR setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facility workflows and EMR systems
• Experience supporting a high-volume OR environment
