How You’ll Make an Impact as a Caregiver (DSP):

Compensation & Flexibility for Caregivers (DSP):

• Up to $19/hr.
• Weekly pay
• Flexible part-time schedules (multiple shift options)
• Short commutes (typically within 30 minutes of home)
• Mileage reimbursement options

What You Bring as a Caregiver (DSP): * Experience supporting individuals with I/DD (or willingness to train through our apprentice program)

• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Reliable transportation to support client needs
