Regional Electrical Integrity Engineer (Remote)

Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Electrical Integrity Engineer will implement, test, troubleshoot and improve electrical automation and controls systems to increase production quality, efficiency and volume. We seek a professional with specialized depth and breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function. (#LI-ES2 )Key AccountabilitiesSupport the development of the most effective approach to identify, monitor and implement electrical engineering standards, policies, procedures and job aids.Provide input to cross functional teams to select and implement tools and methodologies that will enable best practices.Provide direct support and delivery of services for the organization.Support providing leadership to the planning and implementation of electrical engineering standards and deliverables in capital project.Execute the tactical development and delivery oversight of vision, direction and strategy for electrical engineering.Identify opportunities and bridge electrical engineering gaps in applications by establishing auditing control mechanisms.Propose and develop recommendations in areas of improvement by implementing solutions to improve performance and identify acceptable risk tolerance.Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of four years of related work experienceExperience with Electrical power distribution Industrial Power Systems knowledgeAvailability for travel, around 40%Other minimum qualifications may applyPreferred QualificationsLean six sigmaProject management and process safety management experiencePosition InformationRelocation assistance will not be provided for this position.Visa sponsorship will not be provided.Location: Minnesota/Wayzata Work model: RemoteThe expected salary for this position is $97,000 - 166,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
