Now Hiring: Property Manager – Newark, NJ 07102
Pay: $26/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP | Contract
BG Staffing is seeking an Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a property in Newark, NC 07102. This is a contract opportunity with immediate start for the right candidate.
Position Details- Role: Property Manager
- Location: Newark, NJ 07102
- Pay: $24/hr
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30AM–6PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Opportunity Type: Contract
- Manage the day-to-day operations of property
- manage leasing activities, including applications, move-ins, and renewals
- Maintain accurate and organized resident files and documentation
- Assist with rent collections and follow-ups on delinquencies
- Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Previous property management experience required
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Immediate start opportunity
