Position Summary Refrigerated Trailer Mechanic (Reefer Tech) Technician/Mechanic – Tolleson, AZ $34.00 - $44.00 hr | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits within 30 Days We are one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., and we’re looking for an experienced Reefer Technician to join our growing team. The Technician is responsible for the timely repair, maintenance, and diagnostics of Carrier and Thermo King diesel- and electric-powered refrigerated trailer units and auxiliary power units (APUs). This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all refrigerated equipment. The Technician must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and servicing refrigeration and A/C systems on Reefer and APU units. *608 or Universal EPA Certification is REQUIRED* Compensation: $32-$42 per hour, DOE! Competitive Hourly Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday!

Proficient computer skills: knowledge of Excel, Word, Fleet Management Systems, and Email Strong written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.) Working Conditions: Exposure to heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job. Exposure to considerable amounts of dust, diesel fumes and noise.
