Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Legacy Dental of Menifee | Menifee, CA Position Details Full-Time Schedule Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM Compensation: $26–$28 per hour Benefits 401(k) Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Benefits Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns and bridges Take and process dental X-rays Anticipate doctor needs during procedures and prepare accordingly Maintain cleanliness and organization of operatories Deliver exceptional patient care and education Support a smooth and efficient clinical workflow Work collaboratively with the dental team to create a positive patient experience Qualifications Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Ability to make excellent temporary crowns and bridges Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude with a no-drama, team-player mentality Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish Experience with Open Dental software #J-18808-Ljbffr
