Enrollment Specialist Team Lead

Leading a high-performing enrollment team, the full-time remote Enrollment Specialist Team Lead will coach Enrollment Specialists, manage daily operations, and drive patient enrollment efforts while maintaining direct outreach to members. Key responsibilities Coach and develop a team of Enrollment Specialists to achieve performance targets through regular training and support Oversee daily operations, including HR tasks like timecard approvals and ensuring adherence to processes Collaborate with other team leads to enhance enrollment processes and address operational challenges to improve conversion rates Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in patient enrollment or a related field with a sales/conversion focus, including 2 years of management experience Proficiency with technology, including Zoom, Google Suite, and electronic health records Experience using data tools such as Google Sheets or Looker to track performance metrics Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing business needs A commitment to a member-first approach, demonstrating passion for supporting individuals during challenging times
