Industry/Sector Banking and Capital Markets Specialism Operations Management Level Senior Manager Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Bank Platform Transformation - Core Banking Modernization - Sr Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, training, and support of business applications. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver quality results, guiding clients in achieving their strategic objectives. This role involves working closely with clients in the Financial Services sector, particularly within Banking and Capital Markets, to provide consulting services that enhance their core banking technology. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success. Growing as a strategic advisor, you will utilize your influence, skills, and network to deliver impactful solutions. You will motivate and coach others, fostering a collaborative environment to solve complex problems. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute significantly to the success of our firm. In this role, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities - Leading core banking modernization projects to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction - Analyzing client needs and implementing tailored software solutions to optimize business processes - Providing strategic guidance and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications - Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and drive project success - Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations - Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine project deliverables - Directing teams through challenging and uncertain situations with composure and clarity - Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams - Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders - Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team growth and development - Making informed decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness and project progress What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 6 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree - Leveraging strategic planning and business transformation skills - Demonstrating advanced analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities - Utilizing business data analytics for core banking modernization - Implementing technology solutions in financial services - Excelling in project management and resource allocation - Leading teams through complex banking technology transformations Travel Requirements Up to 40% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
