Floor Lead: Elevate Customer Experience & Sales

Abercrombie & Fitch

Metairie, LA

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure shoppers receive a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates to run store operations effectively and to drive on‑floor performance.

The schedule is part-time, averaging 12–16 hours per week with required weekend availability and some holidays. You should be energetic, fashion‑savvy, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding brand values.
