Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Evening Shift (3x12 Hours, 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Manage a patient ratio of up to 1:7 with a focus on quality and safety
• Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care
• Adhere to scheduling requirements including every other weekend and every other holiday

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Must be available to complete pre-start compliance on time; no block scheduling can be accommodated
• PA Fingerprinting required; must be completed within one week of contract signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience as a first-time traveler welcome
• Familiarity with high-volume emergency department environments
