About Outsta Outsta (outsta.io) is a staffing company that started by connecting US businesses with exceptional remote talent overseas. We have deep relationships with clients and are expanding into local hiring. We’re launching a local staffing division and are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial recruiter to build it from the ground up. Role This is a true 360 recruitment role. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from finding clients and winning business to sourcing and placing candidates and managing those relationships over time. You’ll be responsible for the entire process, not handing off to someone else. Responsibilities Business Development: Build your own book of business from scratch, identify, prospect, and win new clients nationwide through outreach, networking, and referrals. Client Relationship Management: Understand each client’s hiring needs, build trust, and become their go-to staffing partner for local placements. Candidate Sourcing and Qualification: Find top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, bar directories, local associations, referrals, and your own network. Screen, interview, and present candidates that fit. Placement and Follow‑Through: Manage the full placement process—from intake call to offer acceptance—and stay involved post‑placement to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
