The Role at a glance:

We are looking for a motivated  Food Service Supervisor to join our healthcare team in  Wexford, PA . As a  Food Service Supervisor , you will have the opportunity to ensure a high quality dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors at an assigned location. You will lead a energetic and willing staff of servers to ensure customers have the optimal dining experience. *Shifts can vary, but they are typically scheduled starting at 5:00am or 12:00pm.*

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising the daily operations of the Front-of-house and Back-of-house.
• Scheduling, managing, and training dining room employees.
• Handling customer service interactions.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• At least one years’ experience in customer service.

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous hospitality management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines.
• Associate’s degree or higher.

Compensation Range:

• $50,000 - $53,000 per year, depending on experience
