About the Position Position/Specialty: Neuro/PCU RN - A virtual interview is required for all candidates. - The Nursing Director will contact the candidate within 24 48 hours of receiving the worker's profile to schedule the interview. Shift: Manager will accept 3x12s or 4x12s, Nights, 7p-7a Ratios: 1:4-5 Weekend REQ: Every other weekend Is on-call REQ? Yes Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: (Y/N): No License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NIH Special Requirements: Tele competency required Additional Requirements: Must complete all assigned modules prior to start date. Expect access to these modules by the Wednesday before your start date. Attendance at staff meetings is required. Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? Approval will be based on facility needs. No additional PTO will be approved after accepting the assignment. All PTO must be on the contract to be considered. Schedules must be flexible to fill the needs of the unit. Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Call Out Policy: After 2 call outs (per contract) without a documented medical reason, a contract will be considered for cancellation. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
