Tandem is hiring experienced child care professionals for lead teacher roles in daycare and early childhood education settings across New Port Richey. If you're a passionate educator with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in education or a related field, this is a chance to lead classrooms, support child development, and work with top childcare centers in your community.
Why This Role Matters As a lead teacher, you'll play a key role in shaping a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. You'll guide classroom activities, mentor assistant staff, and build strong relationships with families and your daycare center leadership team. RequirementsMust be 18+ years old
High school diploma or GED
CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
Optional: Staff or VPK Credential
Able to pass a Level 2 background check
Prior experience as a teacher or preschool teacher in a licensed child care or day care setting
