MUST HAVES

10+ years in commissioning, engineering, or mission-critical construction Background from a Commissioning Authority, General Contractor, or data center Owner/Developer Full L1-L5 commissioning lifecycle experience in hyperscale data center environments Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and teams Strong MEP systems knowledge Bachelor's Degree

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Lead commissioning delivery from pre-construction through final validation Oversee functional testing, system validation, and issue resolution Identify risks, scope gaps, and performance issues early Manage project P&L, forecasting, and financial reporting Lead, mentor, and grow a team of commissioning engineers Serve as the primary client contact throughout delivery Contribute to pursuits, pricing, and business growth
