Facilities Maintenance Technician
Socket
JMC is seeking a trustworthy maintenance technician to keep a property in excellent condition. You’ll handle everyday repairs—from doors and locks to tiles and handrails—and respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs, including flood situations. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with an on-call rotation. The role requires 6 months+ trade experience and knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; a plus for plumbing, HVAC, roofing experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
