Application Support Engineer

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in Core Java
• Expert proficiency in Spring Boot
• Experience in Microservices Architecture
• Expert proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, and Engineering Support
• 5-7 years of experience
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience supporting any PLM platform
• Retail industry experience
• Industry experience is preferred, not mandatory

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex system issues and develop effective solutions to maintain business continuity
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of software components
• Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and remediation
• Support knowledge sharing and provide guidance to colleagues to enhance team capabilities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to elevate service quality
