Help Desk Technician II

We're looking for a Help Desk Technician II to join a growing IT team and play a key role in supporting users, maintaining infrastructure, and driving technology improvements across the organization.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, working with cloud-based environments, and taking ownership of systems, network, and security initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated help desk tickets

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server environments

• Support network infrastructure, including connectivity and security initiatives

• Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and IT projects

• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

• Assist with security audits, vulnerability assessments, and ongoing security best practices

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in Help Desk, Systems Administration, or IT Infrastructure support

• Experience with Google Workspace Administration

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments

• Experience with RMM and EDR tools

• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

• Familiarity with PowerShell and/or Python scripting is a plus

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
