Registered Nurse - Hospice

$3182.40/week - Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate hospice care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role involves delivering quality patient support and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comfort and dignity for hospice patients. Responsibilities: Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments following established protocols. Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Qualifications: Valid RN license with current state certification. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospice or related service line. BLS certification required. Ability to work night shifts, including call responsibilities. Valid driver’s license and eligible for travel compliance requirements. Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
