Job Summary

Sr. Director of Dining Services | Canton, GA

Morrison Healthcare is looking for a strong foodservice leader to oversee dining operations in Canton, GA. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the team, the client relationship, food quality, and financial performance.

This position is based in Canton, GA and requires relocation to the area.

What you'll do:

• Lead day-to-day foodservice operations and develop a strong team.

• Build trusted relationships with the client and other departments.

• Deliver high-quality food and service while managing the budget.

• Oversee purchasing, inventory, safety, sanitation, and maintenance.

• Spot opportunities to improve the dining experience and strengthen operations.

What we're looking for:

• At least five years of proven leadership experience and two to four years managing foodservice operations.

• Strong knowledge of food quality, production, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.

• The ability to lead people, manage client expectations, and take ownership of results.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience.

Experience with P&L accountability and contract foodservice is preferred. ServSafe certification is a plus.
