We are currently seeking a dedicated CCC-SLP for a full-time, in-person school-based position in Cinco Ranch, TX . This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with students, collaborating with school teams, and making a meaningful impact every day.

What You'll Do

Therapy & Evaluations

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed

Collaboration & Communication

• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Support a positive and student-centered therapy environment

Professional Growth

• Stay current with evidence-based practices and therapy strategies
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and leadership
• Receive ongoing support from a therapist-led leadership team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license
• ASHA CCCs required
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for helping students thrive
