Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide primary and preventive care to underserved patients in our faith-based clinic. Responsibilities include patient assessment, vitals, triage, medication administration, care coordination, health education, and documentation in the EHR. The nurse collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, culturally sensitive care, support chronic disease management, and promote wellness. Ideal candidates are mission-driven, team-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting, and passionate about health equity and serving vulnerable communities.
