SR Operations Supervisor

Work Schedule and Compensation Location: Blaine, MN Terminal Shift: Tuesday–Saturday 2AM–12PM (flexible schedule required) Salary: $60,000–$75,000 plus a 5–10% performance bonus Hours: average 50hours per week Candidate Qualifications Experience managing a team, preferably in transportation operations. Thorough understanding of the LTL trucking industry. Prior dispatch or dock experience in LTL trucking. Strong leadership skills — hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees. Desire to provide excellent customer service. High aptitude for technology. Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills. Availability to work 50hours per week on any shift, including nights, weekends, and all weather conditions. Ability to work under tight time constraints in a high‑pressure environment with multiple priorities. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Duties Oversee dock operations for your designated section of the terminal dock, including loading, forklift traffic management, and proper picking/sortation of palletized freight. Ensure proper loading of carriers by monitoring trailer cube and weight. Lead and hold a team of drivers, dock workers, and dock hands accountable. Monitor dock production, ensuring facility KPI goals are met or exceeded. Track hours and overtime. Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards. Ensure compliance with company operational model. Support a culture of excellence in product quality for internal and external customers.
