Physical Therapist - Outpatient

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 5x8 hours from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This role requires an individual with a strong background in treating various conditions, assisting patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals, and providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Administer therapy interventions to address a variety of conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and wellness practices.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Kansas State License required.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience working with conditions such as low back pain, postoperative surgeries, and neurological disorders.
