Service Manager

What is this role about? Commercial Service Managers play a key leadership role in our local Terminix branches. This role focuses on leading and motivating our local Pest Technician Teams to deliver outstanding service with Terminix products to valued customers. Day in the Life Every day our teams of Commercial Pest Techs visit commercial customers and perform pest control treatments. The Service Manager ensures the team functions effectively, operates efficiently, and maintains high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Monitoring branch scheduling and ensuring pest tech routes are completed Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded Responding to customer concerns, including cancelation requests Inspecting and evaluating the performance of Pest Technicians Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of pest control products Facilitating continual training of local sales and service teams Qualifications Associate’s degree and a valid driver’s license (four‑year degree highly desirable) 1‑2 years of related experience helpful but not required Willingness to relocate highly desirable Ability to lead and motivate others effectively Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, presenting) Problem‑solving abilities with practical solutions Rapport building and trust establishment with customers and employees Detail‑oriented with safety focus Aptitude for basic/intermediate math for sales and service calculations Comfort with working outside and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics Valid driver’s license from state of residence Benefits Start Day 1 for Full‑Time Colleagues (No Waiting Period!)
