Position: Cash Logistics Processor The Cash Logistics Processor supports modern commerce by verifying bank deposits, preparing cash shipments, and connecting money across locations. Key Responsibilities Check in all work and cash through the window Verify cash and perform data input into iTrack Mix and check all deposit types (check only, CompuSafe, ATM, recyclers, and mixed) Process check imaging into the FIS system Balance all individual teller sells Validate bulk pull and fill each order based on the packing slip Complete checklists to meet established deadlines for each major daily function Clean stations at the end of the day, bundle trash, sort deposit slips, and ensure no work remains Print check manifest and confirm deposits match Deliver imaged work and teller paperwork to the appropriate areas or file them appropriately Follow direction provided by supervisor or manager Qualifications 18 years old or older Minimum 3 months of experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, or as a cashier or teller Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to complete and maintain all required internal training for the position Additional Preferred Qualifications Cash handling experience in secure logistics or banking industry Basic computer skills High school diploma or GED Professional Skills Professional and positive demeanor Excellent customer service High attention to detail Collaborative work style Strong ethics and integrity Benefits Competitive salary, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for eligible employees, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
