Deliver technical instruction, strategy, and physical conditioning to student‑athletes, emphasizing sportsmanship, character development, and academic success. Interpret and enforce all athletic policies, state and league regulations, and school board directives. Coordinate scheduling, transportation, and logistics for practices, games, and tournaments. Administer program budget, procure and maintain equipment, and manage inventory and facility cleanliness. Develop and execute public‑relations initiatives, including press releases, recruiting outreach, and community engagement. Act as a mentor, monitoring athlete grades and conduct, and guiding students toward post‑secondary opportunities. Qualifications Demonstrated experience and knowledge in coaching tennis at the high‑school or collegiate level. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage staff and foster a professional development environment. Comprehensive understanding of athletic regulations, safety protocols, and athlete‑health documentation. Effective communication skills with students, staff, parents, and media representatives.
