Parts Inventory Clerk | 2nd Shift

Rosina Food Products is growing - and we're looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Parts Inventory Clerk to join our team!

This position plays a critical role in supporting our Maintenance department by ensuring the right parts and materials are available to keep our operations running efficiently. If you enjoy organization, inventory control, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:

Receive, identify, and store inventory parts and materials
Issue supplies and equipment to Maintenance Associates
Maintain and update inventory records within computerized systems
Verify deliveries against purchase orders
Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks

Support food safety, GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and company safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work collaboratively with Maintenance and Warehouse teams
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift experience preferred (certification completed in-house)
Valid NYS Driver's License required
