This role will drive innovative people strategies, talent development, and organizational transformation for BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and BMW Financial Services in the United States.WHAT AWAITS YOU.Champion a high-performing, people-centered culture by providing strategic HR leadership across employee relations, labor relations, organizational effectiveness, and policy administration.Inspire growth by leading performance and development programs, including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership assessments, and career development initiatives.Attract and develop exceptional talent through innovative recruiting, onboarding, internship, and leadership development programs.Support global mobility and international career opportunities by overseeing immigration and international assignment processes in partnership with global HR teams and external experts.Drive compliance excellence while advancing affirmative action and diversity initiatives that strengthen our workforce.Influence business success by representing the organization in global HR networks and advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic transformation.Lead and develop a team of HR professionals supporting approximately 2,300 employees across more than 25 locations throughout the United States.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring HR remains a trusted business partner and catalyst for change.WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.Bachelor’s degree.10 years of human resources management experience.3+ years of leadership experience.Preferences:Bachelor’s degree in concentration in HR Management or related discipline. This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.The expected salary range for this position is $157,800.00. - $291,900.00. The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule.
