THE OPPORTUNITY HUB’s Customer Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day‑to‑day client oversight, and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources, you will work alongside some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customers’ needs and provide them with innovative solutions. Our Account Manager II ensures clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. The role facilitates positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff and acts as the point‑of‑contact for larger, more complex property accounts. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the entire account‑service process Market to carriers Prepare quotes and proposals Present proposals to clients Participate in client meetings/presentations with producer(s) Oversee the processing of enrollments, changes, and terms Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders Respond to and resolve escalated client issues Check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy Coordinate premium financing and the collection of premiums Maintain accurate and organized account files KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES Hold a high school diploma or GED (college degree strongly preferred) Have at least 5+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience Experience managing the risks for construction clients Currently licensed in good standing Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization Demonstrated presentation skills Demonstrated oral and written communication skills Computer literate – Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook BENEFITS HUB International offers a competitive, exciting, and friendly work environment that strategically positions employees for longevity and success. Expected salary range: $100,000 – $115,000, depending on geographic location and other factors such as skills, experience, and business line.
