Overview Supervisors are integral members of the store management team, responsible for implementing strategies and ensuring operational excellence that support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. Responsibilities Implement store strategies and operational excellence. Drive sales growth by executing sales strategies and monitoring performance. Coach, mentor, and support team members to perform effectively. Maintain high standards of customer service and a welcoming shopping environment. Ensure compliance with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs. Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. Ability to support and assist store associates. Strong compliance with store policies and directives. Physical capability to lift up to 40lbs, climb ladders, and move frequently. Reliable transportation. Minimum age 18 years. Location Albertville, MN, USA Compensation Hourly rate from $15.55 to $25.90, or the higher of the local, state, or federal minimum wage, varying with experience and qualifications.
