Title: Shift Lead

Schedule: Candidates must be available to start any time after 12:00PM , with shifts ending as late as 2:00AM .
Pay: $18.00/hr
Location: Newton, NC
Job Type: Temp to Hire

We are seeking a dependable and motivated 2nd shift Shift Lead to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a great work ethic, and the flexibility to travel between job sites as needed.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift
• Weekend availability required
• Overtime pay:
  • 1.5x pay on Saturdays
  • 2x pay on Sundays

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the production team during the shift
• Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company policies
• Help maintain productivity and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Assist with training and supporting new employees
• Travel between Newton and Morganton locations as needed

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance (must provide proof)
• Steel-toe safety shoes or boots
• Willingness to travel between Newton and Morganton
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends when needed
