As part of our growing interdisciplinary team, you'll provide therapy services in clinic, community, and telehealth settings while working alongside Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other specialists. What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help individuals improve independence, daily living skills, and functional abilities by:

• Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

• Developing individualized treatment plans that promote independence and quality of life

• Providing engaging therapy services in clinic, community, and telehealth settings

• Monitoring progress and modifying treatment plans to maximize outcomes

• Conducting home and community evaluations and developing home exercise programs

• Collaborating closely with physicians, families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

Specialty Opportunities

Expand your clinical expertise while working alongside experienced clinicians in areas such as:

• Custom wheelchair evaluations

• Adaptive and durable medical equipment (DME)

• Pediatric feeding services in collaboration with Speech Therapy

• Community-based occupational therapy services

• Telehealth therapy

• Assistive technology evaluations

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license in good standing

• At least one year of experience in human services

• Pediatric and/or assistive technology experience preferred

• Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance

• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, adaptable, and patient-centered approach
