Job Description
Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS / O&M Specialist) job for a part time position providing services to qualifying students with visual impairments, attending ARD meetings, and consulting with school staff.
\nThis job is in person at a school in Lumberton, TX (77657). There are 2 students on the caseload for therapy services and evaluations as needed in grades 1 - 6.
\n \nO&M Specialist rates start at $45/hr
\n \nQualifications for O&M Specialist / COMS positions
\n- \n
- Certification from the Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals (ACVREP) \n
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university \n
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Certified O&M Specialist / COMS in a school setting \n
